Currently Catedrtico desempea as Assistant in the Department of Humanities at the University of Puerto Rico in Cayey. His work focuses mostly plastic in the middle of the painting that presents a constant dialogue with time, history and modern archetypes. Fernando was born Brasilia, Brazil in 1967. Estudiarte in the School of Visual Arts at Parque Lage 1987 to 1992. His principal teachers were Beatriz Milhazes, Daniel Senise, Milton Machado and Charles Watson.
